These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of this website and the booking of accommodation and services offered by Paradisul Transilvaniei Resort SRL (“the Resort”, “we”, “us”). By making a reservation or using the website you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or our services.
A reservation is confirmed only after we issue a written confirmation and any required deposit has been received. Displayed prices are in the currency shown, include VAT where applicable, and may change at any time before a booking is confirmed. We reserve the right to correct obvious errors in prices or descriptions and to cancel a reservation affected by such an error, with a full refund of any amount paid.
Rates cover only the services expressly listed. The local tourist tax and any optional extras are charged separately where applicable.
We may require a deposit or full prepayment to guarantee a booking. The balance is due on arrival unless stated otherwise. We accept the payment methods indicated at the time of booking. The reservation holder is responsible for all charges, including those generated by accompanying guests.
The cancellation policy applicable to your stay is the one shown at the time of booking and in your confirmation. Unless a different policy applies:
Standard check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is until 11:00, unless otherwise agreed. A valid ID or passport is required at check-in for every guest, in accordance with Romanian law. We may refuse accommodation to persons who cannot prove their identity or who are visibly under the influence of alcohol or other substances.
Guests undertake to use the rooms and facilities responsibly, to respect quiet hours, other guests and staff, and to comply with the Resort’s posted rules. We may refuse service to, or remove without refund, any person whose conduct endangers safety, disturbs other guests, or damages the property. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.
The reservation holder and accompanying guests are jointly liable for any loss or damage caused to the rooms, equipment, or premises during their stay, and agree to compensate the Resort at full replacement or repair value. We may charge such amounts to the payment method on file.
Use of the pool, SPA, and wellness facilities is at the guest’s own risk and subject to the posted rules and opening hours, which may vary by season. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. The Resort is not liable for incidents resulting from failure to observe these rules.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Resort is not liable for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings, for indirect or consequential damages, or for failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
We are not responsible for failure or delay in performing our obligations due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, extreme weather, utility failures, strikes, epidemics, or acts of public authority.
All content on this website — texts, images, logos, and design — belongs to Paradisul Transilvaniei Resort SRL or its licensors and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.
These Terms are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute will first be addressed amicably. Consumers may also use the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC, anpc.ro) and the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr). The courts of Romania have jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms at any time. The version published on this website at the moment of your booking applies to that booking.
